Mary Ellen Foust LPN/PDMT/URMH/BTM,  has a background in nursing that gives her a unique view when applying therapies to her clients. Mary Ellen is a believer of continuing education and strives to provide the best experience for her clients as possible.  As an active Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapist for over 17 yrs., she's worked on thousands of people.  Incorporating Reiki and Body Talk over the past year and a half, has enhanced the work she already does.

Also known as PDMT, Pfrimmer Deep Muscle thearapy is a specialized full body massage therapy. It's main objective is to generate corrective changes to the body on a cellular level while also promoting relaxation and circulation.

Muscle and soft tissue that have become dry and hardened from injury, illness or stress restrict the circulation of the blood, nervous and lymphatic systems. The body begins to heal itself as PDMT assists in the correction of damaged muscles and adjacent soft tissues by improving circulation and allowing the normal function of these all important systems.
